EXCHANGE, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN

 

In our store, our team is committed to offering the best shopping experience to our customers. If you wish to request an exchange or return of a product, the following conditions must be observed:

 

The product must be returned in its original packaging; The product must not show signs of use or consumption, that is, it must be in the same condition as when it was received;

 

The product must be returned with all labels, manuals and accessories that accompany it.

 

It is important to note that we do not exchange products with an unsuitable size for the customer.

 

We provide the measurements in centimeters of our products so that there is no error in choosing the size. As provided for in the Consumer Protection Code - Article 18, there is no legal obligation for the retailer to make exchanges due to consumer regret regarding color, size, model or any other reason. Finally, we emphasize that we will not accept returns if the above conditions are not met.

 

DEADLINE FOR REQUESTING AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN You can request an exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days of receiving it. To request an exchange or return, send an email to [email address] with the following information: Product name; Order number; Email registered for the purchase; Reason for exchange or return; Video proving the defect (if applicable).

 

APPROVAL OF EXCHANGE OR RETURN After receiving your email with the above information, our team will evaluate your request and contact you to provide the return address. Once all issues regarding the product return have been confirmed, the amount paid for the product and shipping will be refunded to the customer.

 

REFUND METHODS The credit card refund may appear on your statement within two billing cycles after the return is processed by the payment gateway. The transfer to the customer's account will be processed within 7 business days after confirmation of the refund. The transfer cannot be made to a third-party account.
