SHIPPING POLICY AND DELIVERY TIMES ORDER ADDRESSING CARE
Ziva Magazine will ship products to the address requested by the customer. Therefore, to avoid any problems with the delivery of your order, please pay attention when filling in the address where you wish to receive your order.
RECIPIENT ABSENT Please ensure that someone will be at the address to receive your products. The Post Office makes three delivery attempts. If no one is at the address to receive the package, it will be taken to the nearest Post Office branch, and in this case, the recipient will need to pick it up at the Post Office branch within 7 calendar days. If the recipient does not pick up the package, according to Post Office regulations, it will be returned to the sender, and a new shipping fee will be required for resending the product. All details related to delivery attempts, as well as the address of the post office where the recipient should pick up their package in case of absence at the address, are recorded in the order tracking, which can be followed on the Correios (Brazilian postal service) website using the tracking code provided by the store.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Ziva Magazine is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete filling of the destination address for orders placed in the store. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, according to Correios regulations, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made to that address. If delivery is not made due to a discrepancy in the address provided by the customer, the customer is not entitled to a refund; a new shipping fee will be required for resending the product.
PROCESSING TIME After your order is processed and payment is received in our system, the next steps are: separation, packaging, and dispatch. This process usually takes about 2 to 5 business days. Shipping Time and Tracking Code: You will receive the tracking code in the email registered during the purchase within 7 days after your order is processed.
DELIVERY TIME: The estimated delivery time is 7 to 45 business days after the order is shipped. However, adverse factors such as delays in customs clearance, postal strikes, inability to deliver due to weather conditions or high-risk areas, and national holidays may add a few days to the delivery time.
SHIPPING METHODS: Products are always delivered by the Post Office; however, in some cases, such as the recipient being absent, a region with delivery limitations, or an incorrect address, the customer may have to pick up the product at the nearest post office.
If the address is not filled in correctly, the product may be returned to the sender. We ask for extra attention when filling in the address. If there is an error in filling in the address and the product cannot be delivered, the responsibility lies with the customer.
The postal service will attempt delivery three times. If they are unable to complete the delivery, the product will be available for pickup at the nearest post office for up to 7 days. After this period, the product will be returned to the sender.
IMPORTANT NOTES: All imports are subject to customs bureaucracy and/or taxes. If you receive any extra charges for your order, we are responsible for these fees.
Please contact us within 48 hours informing us of the amount paid to the postal service and attaching a copy of the tax document. We will then contact you to reimburse the amounts paid.
